Software Management Solutions Welcomes New Director of Operations

Arlene J. Ross Brings Wealth of Managerial Experience to IT Consulting Firm

Woodbridge, NJ, January 13, 2003 – Software Management Solutions, Inc. (SMS), a recognized leader in providing specialized software  consulting services to fortune 500 companies, today announced the addition of Arlene J. Ross to its team of highly-skilled professionals as the Director of Operations. 

Mrs. Ross comes to SMS from a NJ IT consulting firm, where she was the Director of Operations for 5 years.  She brings 22 years of Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll and Administrative Operations experience to SMS, where she is primarily tasked with developing corporate policies and procedures, among other operational duties, for this growing company.

Previously, Mrs. Ross directed and supervised office staff in all phases of office operations, managed all Accounting and Human Resource functions, and acted as Administrator of policies, procedures and office facilities.  She will build on this experience at SMS, where she will take on a similar management role as the Director of Operations for the organization. 

Prior to her IT experience, she held positions as the Accounting Supervisor and Human Resources Manager at a wholesale distributor, and was a Senior VP of Operations/Branch Administrator for a small NJ-based bank.
