Description:
The course provides an overview of the project management profession to new recruits and describes the knowledge areas encompassing the learned processes and soft skills needed to bring it together.  It further provides a structured approach to project management and its application in the software industry.  Participants will come away with a better understanding of the challenges, opportunities and success factors in project management through strategy and theory and be more prepared to deal with the realities of day-to-day Project Management.
