COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made
21 or more days prior to the scheduled course date
will be refunded the full registration amount minus
a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made
between 14 to 20 days prior to the scheduled course
date will be refunded 75% of the course registration
fee.
- Cancellations made
between 7 to 13 days prior to the scheduled course
date will be refunded 50% of the course registration
fee.
- No refund for
cancellations received later than 7 days prior to
the scheduled course date
.
- Substitutions are
allowed at any time.

*Online, multi-person discount applies for people at the same location. Each person attending must be registered and will receive the course materials and certificate of completion. One point of contact will be assigned to receive the materials and distribute them.
One online and call-in passcode will be provided to the group to use (i.e., the team must be co-located during the workshop). The registration must include at least 3 people; otherwise, it will be cancelled and an administrative fee will apply.
